| This
handsome Coachbuilt Limousine is 1 of 9 Silver Wraiths
bodied in this style by the Firm of James Young.
It was ordered at the 1953 Olympia Motor Show by
the Australian Government as their State Limousine.
It was shipped to them in April 1954, and retained
in State usage until 1963, then being purchased
by an American Motor Museum. It was repatriated
to the United Kingdom in 1992, repainted Silver
in 1995, and purchased by us in 1999. The leather
and cloth upholstery is mid-red, and the extensive
woodwork in English Walnut, occasional tables being
fitted to the rear of the front seats. The Limousine
is in beautiful and largely original condition.
For Weddings, we recommend either our Silver DS420
Limousines or our Mercedes S320L as accompanying
cars where necessary. |
